Doors open at 5pm with live jazz music by the Charles Swanson 4kestra, quick finish artist demostrations and silent auction. Food and wine will be available shortly after the doors open.

At 7pm the silent auction will conclude as well as the music and the live auction will begin after awarding of the artist prizes for popular choice and board choice awards.
